        POVVIK-OOS was established as a designing company, specialized in the field of Waste Water, Water Supply and Sewerage, the initial being incorporated in the company name “POVVIK” in Bulgarian.
        Designing of water supply and sewerage systems, water treatment plants – for potable water and wastewater, and landfills has been the company's prime activity for years. Simultaneously, the company demonstrated an extremely flexible and innovative approach by the designing of landfills, waste management and other different industrial installations.

        Designs of Networks and Facilities
        The company designs both entirely new water supply and sewerage networks and their ancillary structures, and evaluates and optimizes existing nets and facilities together with their corresponding financial parameters.

Designs of Wastewater Treatment Plants
          POVVIK-OOS has an exceptionally rich experience in the field of water treatment designs, especially in wastewater treatment. This refers both to domestic and industrial wastewater, both to a complete WWTP design and to the design of separate treatment facilities and stages. The company is capable of designing all stages of the project, from scratch to turnkey for entirely new plants, or for the rehabilitation and upgrading of exiting installations. 

Landfill Designs
          In the field of landfill designing POVVIK-OOS is capable of meting the highest engineering and environmental requirements related to discharge of domestic refuse, industrial waste, building debris and hazardous waste. The company's experts have also specific experience with designs for closure of waste storage areas and landfills.  

Other Designs
          The Company has participated in the elaboration of technological designs for recycling of used car batteries, including metal melting; in technological designs for production of sanitary ware; dismantling and recycling of end-of-life vehicles, utilization of waste from ethanol distillation.
